1. What this covers

The built-in graph data of dataviz, made by cetome (the "Data"):

The Data is cetome's work of analysis: which items EN 18031-1, -2 and -3 and their E.Info annex, ETSI EN 303 645 and TS 103 701, and prEN 40000-1-3 contain, how they depend on each other, and how prEN 40000-1-3 maps to Annex I Part 2 of the Cyber Resilience Act.

It does not cover:

3. The standards are not covered

The Data contains identifiers, titles and short extracts of standards. Those standards are published by CEN, CENELEC and ETSI and made available by them on their own terms, including the fair, reasonable and non-discriminatory (FRAND) terms of their policies; the Cyber Resilience Act is EU law. Their rights stay with their owners: CC BY 4.0 applies to cetome's contribution only. dataviz does not provide the standards: obtain them from their publishers or your national standards body.

4. No warranty

The Data is an aid to reading the standards, not a substitute for them, and it does not establish conformity with any standard or regulation. Check every item against the official text. As the licence says, it is provided as is.

5. Contributions

Corrections to the Data proposed to the dataviz repository (https://github.com/cetome/dataviz) are accepted under CC BY 4.0.
